SL SampleFlex
Flexible sample management
The new SL SampleFlex sampler control software is a universal, modular program which can control samplers from many different manufacturers.
The software can be easily and economically integrated into applications in analysis or life sciences which require flexible control for liquid samples. Typical applications are in HPLC, FIA and SFA. SL SampleFlex is particularly well suited to stand-alone systems, where the scope and applications can be greatly extended by adding the software and a suitable PC.
SL SampleFlex contains an integrated sample management module with a user-configurable ID generator and an optional barcode reader. When coupled to the flexible sample tray management possibilities, these enable the workflow to be easily optimized for a particular method.
External modules such as valves, pumps and injectors can be controlled, individually or in combination, to give a programmed analysis sequence.
Pre-programmed sample rack configurations are provided for commonly available samplers, and user-specific racks with special tube or bottles sizes and layout can easily be configured as required.
ActiveX and TCP/IP interfaces are available, and the analysis sequence is activated by digital inputs and outputs.
The software runs under Windows 2000/XP or Vista, and a variant for XP Embedded is available for embedded systems. Modules for Linux and Mac OS X will be available in the future.
